The Champagne Patrick Boivin estate is located in Épernay within the Champagne wine region and is run by Patrick Boivin together with his daughters. In 2022, the family business established its independence by building its own production site in Pierry. The estate spans six hectares of vineyards around Épernay, including some Premier Cru parcels, planted with Chardonnay, Meunier, and Pinot Noir. The vines have an average age of 40 years and grow on clay-limestone soils. The portfolio includes various champagnes as well as Côteaux Champenois vinified in oak barrels.
