About the estate

The Champagne house Champagne Oudit-Simonnet is located in Val-de-Vière within the AOC Champagne production area. The first vines of the estate, established in 1992, were planted that same year in the Coteaux Vitryats sector. Today, the steadily growing winery is managed by Jean-Charles Oudit and Benoit Bomersbach alongside their respective wives. The vineyards are situated across the two steep slopes of Val-de-Vière and Lisse-en-Champagne, featuring south-facing, chalky-marly soils. For nearly thirty years, the family has cultivated the vines in compliance with the appellation regulations and produced their own cuvées.
