About the estate
The traditional Champagne house Champagne Mandois cultivates 30 hectares of vineyards and looks back on a family history with origins in the region dating back to 1735. Today, the ninth generation manages the independent estate, which is based in the Premier Cru village of Pierry. For decades, the winery has dedicated itself to nature-friendly viticulture and holds organic certification for its vineyards. Alongside organic fertilizers and mechanical soil management, biodynamic principles are also applied in the vineyard.
