About the estate
The Champagne house Champagne Joseph Desruets is located in Hautvillers and is currently run in the sixth generation by Matthias Eun and Thomas Kim Desruets. Since the 19th century, the estate has been producing wines within the AOC Champagne while placing great emphasis on preserving its identity and traditions. For the artisanal pressing of the grapes, the winemakers still use a historic wooden press dating back to 1888. The portfolio features distinctive champagnes that reflect the heritage and long-standing history of the house.
