About the estate
The Champagne Jean-Guy Viot winery was established in 1964 in the heart of the Côte des Bar by Jean-Guy Viot. In 2002, Aurélie Viot joined the family business and took over the management of the estate in the village of Rouvres-les-Vignes from her father in 2009. Today, the estate spans just over six hectares of vineyards. The vineyards are planted with the three Champagne grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier. From these varieties, the winery produces various blends for its range of Champagnes.
