About the estate

The family-managed Champagne Pierre Gimonnet & Fils estate cultivates 29.4 hectares of vineyards on the chalky slopes of the Côte des Blancs in the Champagne region. The winemaking history of the family dates back to the eighteenth century, with commercial vinification developing during the interwar period and being passed down through generations. Today, the holdings comprise parcels in classified sites including Cuis, Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, and Vertus, ensuring that all grapes originate exclusively from own production. The portfolio focuses predominantly on Blanc de Blancs champagnes defined by a distinct mineral character, freshness, and precise blending. The wines are distributed internationally to more than forty countries.
