The estate's history dates back to the mid-20th century through successive family generations, beginning when Raymond Potaufeux planted his first vines. Today, Hubert Potaufeux continues the family tradition by cultivating the three classic Champagne grape varieties Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. The local vineyards feature soils composed of sand and silt over a limestone foundation. These unique terroir characteristics impart a distinct elegance and floral aroma profile to the wines.
