About the estate
The Champagne Guyot-Guillaume estate has its roots in Méry-Prémecy in the Champagne region, where Geneviève and Jacques Guyot arrived in 1954 to plant the first vines. Today, the family estate is managed in the third generation by Agathe and Thomas Guyot, who combine tradition with modernity. The grape variety distribution of the vineyards is largely dominated by Pinot Meunier, accompanied by smaller shares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The wines are produced from various terroirs, grape varieties, and vintages to create distinct cuvées within the AOC Champagne. In the vineyards, the estate applies environmentally friendly practices and holds official certifications.
