About the estate
The Champagne house Champagne Guy Remi looks back on a long family tradition and was founded in 1962 by Guy Remi. Today, the estate located in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon is managed in the fifth generation by Nathalie Remi and Jérémy Cheval. The vineyards cover slightly more than four hectares, planted predominantly with Pinot Meunier alongside parcels of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. In the vineyards, the estate relies on mechanical soil management, the elimination of herbicides and insecticides, and manual harvesting for all grapes. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks as well as partially in wooden barrels.
The eno directory lists 10 wines.
