About the estate
The Champagne house Champagne Daniel Collin based in Baye was founded in 1959 by Daniel Collin, who purchased his first vineyards at that time. Today, the family-owned estate manages five hectares of vineyards within the AOC Champagne. Over several generations, the winery has continuously evolved, introducing methods such as parcel pressing and vinification in stainless steel tanks. The cultivation of the vineyards and the production of the various cuvées are carried out by the family alongside a long-standing team. The portfolio comprises five different champagnes.
