Founded in 1973 by Cristian Senez and his wife Josette, the family estate is now run by subsequent generations. The vineyards feature clay-limestone soils and are characterized by Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. The estate has practiced sustainable viticulture for over thirty years and holds certifications. In the cellar, the winery combines traditional methods, such as the aging of long-standing vintages without malolactic fermentation, with modern cellar technology.
