The Champagne house Champagne Binon Coquard is located in Spoy in the Aube department and looks back on a traditional history dating back to 1669 within the family. As a new generation of winemakers with a strong heritage, they cultivate their parcels and produce fine cuvées from their own vineyards. The estate practices a reasoned and sustainable viticulture, which has been officially certified by Terra Vitis since 2012.
