The Champagne Bernard Depoivre estate is a traditional family-run independent grower-producer located in Vindey within the Sézanne hillsides. The winery is managed by the next generation, who personally oversee all stages from vineyard management to commercialization. The vineyards are primarily situated on chalky soils with a southeastern exposure. These unique terroir characteristics impart finesse and elegance to the Chardonnays, alongside fruitiness and character to the Pinot Noirs and Meuniers. The viticultural practices follow sustainable methods focused on respect and preservation.
