About the estate
The CEPOL Valdobbiadene winery is situated on a small hill in the heart of Valdobbiadene and was founded by Luigi De Conto in the middle of the last century. Today, the estate is managed by the De Conto family, with Antonio, Mauro, Mattia, and Eros overseeing the vineyards and cellar work, while Silvia is responsible for sales. The vineyards are located entirely on the hill surrounding the estate and are cultivated using sustainable methods. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, and vinification takes place entirely in-house. The portfolio includes Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, Prosecco DOC, a Spumante Metodo Classico, and a bottle-fermented wine.
