The Caves Ries winery is located in Niederdonven on the Luxembourg Moselle and produces wines with the Moselle Luxembourgeoise AOP designation. The portfolio features various grape varieties such as Elbling, Rivaner, Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Gewürztraminer. Additionally, the estate farms the vineyard at Ahner Palmberg in the nature reserve, where the fungus-resistant organic grape varieties Merzling and Regent are cultivated without any chemical treatments or fertilizers. Alongside quality wines, the assortment also includes crémants and various spirits.
