About the estate
The Cave Mon Pichet estate has been run as a family business for seven generations and is located in Féchy, Vaud. Covering an area of five hectares, the vineyards are planted with seventy percent Chasselas and thirty percent white and red specialties such as Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Gamaret-Garanoir, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Dorsa. The vines are situated on mid-slopes with clay-limestone soils within the Féchy appellation and are cultivated according to integrated production methods. The estate's practices include exclusively manual harvesting, traditional vinification, and bottling directly on the property.
The eno directory lists 13 wines, mostly from Gamaret and Garanoir.
