About the estate
The Château de Malessert estate in Perroy in Vaud was founded in 996 and is one of the oldest wineries in the La Côte region. The soils of the estate consist mainly of loose rocks and glacial deposits formed during and after the last glaciation. Covering 15 hectares of vineyard area, the cultivation focuses exclusively on white grape varieties with Chasselas being the predominant variety. The wines produced by the property fall under the AOC Féchy designation within the AOC Vaud appellation.
