About the estate
The Castelveder estate was founded in 1975 by Renato Alberti and Elena Nulli and is managed today in family tradition by their grandchildren Camilla and Francesco. The vineyards cover ten hectares in Monticelli Brusati in the heart of Franciacorta, featuring soils rich in clay and maiolica rock. The cultivated grape varieties include Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero, managed using the Guyot training system. In a cellar carved into the local white rock, the Franciacorta DOCG and Sebino IGT wines mature on the lees. Annual production reaches approximately 60,000 bottles.
