About the estate
The Cantine Povero estate looks back on a family history with roots dating back to 1837 and is currently managed by the fourth generation. Located in Cisterna d'Asti in Piedmont, the winery cultivates 50 hectares of vineyards across the Langhe, Monferrato, and Roero landscapes. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 322 meters on soils composed of marine sands and clay marl. Since 2019, all vineyard areas have been fully certified organic.
