The Cantina Sociale Due Torri winery was founded in 1947 in Montecchio Emilia and has expanded over the decades through several mergers. The cooperative processes grapes supplied by its members from the hills and plains of the Enza Valley. The stony clay soils are well suited for cultivating traditional grape varieties such as Lambrusco, Malvasia, Spergola, and Fortana. These grapes are used to produce fresh, fruity, and semi-sparkling wines that reflect the local winemaking tradition. The estate combines modern production techniques with respect for regional heritage.
