The Cantina Concarena winery cultivates vineyards in Vallecamonica and produces wines under the Valcamonica IGT designation. The estate has been in conversion across all vineyards since 2019 and certified organic in agriculture and winemaking since 2022. The grape variety portfolio includes Marzemino, Merlot, Riesling Renano, Chardonnay, and Pinot Nero, among others. The wine styles range from still white and red wines to traditional method sparkling wines. Uva freschissima ma stramatura e attaccata al 90% da muffa nobile. Non riusciamo a descriverlo, siamo semplicemente felici di essere riusciti a realizzarlo.

Annata decisamente bilanciata nel suo complesso, con un finale di stagione complicato che ha richiesto scelte coraggiose - tipo tenere i nervi saldi e non vendemmiare fino a piena maturazione.
