The Canaven estate is located in the municipality of Colli Verdi in the province of Pavia within the Alta Valle Versa. The family-run business cultivates 40 hectares of vineyards at an altitude of over 450 meters. Vineyard management follows organic practices to ensure a natural and genuine production based on long-standing regional traditions. In the cellar, modern and minimalist winemaking techniques are combined with maturation in wood. The winery focuses on crafting distinctive organic wines with minimal added sulfites for international markets.
