About the estate
The Bricco dei Roncotti estate was founded in 1997 by the family in Canneto Pavese, Lombardy, and currently spans 2.7 hectares of vineyards. The vines are cultivated on a single, historically steep hillside site officially recognized for extreme and heroic viticulture. Farming practices follow organic guidelines with permanent grass cover and extensive manual labor to ensure low yields and high concentration in the grapes. The grape varieties cultivated include Croatina, Barbera, Riesling, Malvasia, Nebbiolo, and Cabernet Sauvignon, which are crafted into wines within the Buttafuoco DOC and Oltrepò Pavese DOC denominations. The portfolio comprises twelve wines in total.
