About the estate

The Bolle Drinks enterprise was founded by Roberto Vanin, who grew up in Treviso. The wines are crafted in several different wineries in Germany, Italy, and California, overseen by two full-time winemakers based in Europe and California. The portfolio features non-alcoholic wines, including sparkling wines and still wines such as Sauvignon Blanc, produced using a proprietary double-fermentation process. A second fermentation follows the de-alcoholization method, which preserves the authentic taste and mouthfeel of traditional wine. Furthermore, the company follows vegan production practices and distributes its wines to numerous fine dining establishments worldwide.
