About the estate
The Bolero & Company enterprise is part of a large commercial and industrial group in Georgia that processes more than half of the grapes harvested in the country. The winery specializes in the production of high-quality wines targeted at the mass market, overseeing the entire operational cycle from grape selection to storage in its own tanks. All production stages are monitored by experienced winemakers. The portfolio includes various wine styles such as the white Tsinandali from the Kakheti region, Saperavi red wines aged in Qvevri, and the semi-sweet red Alazani Valley.
