About the estate
The Bodegas y Vinedos Quaderna Via estate was founded in 1998 by Raúl and Jorge Ripa, who launched their first organic wine at the time and became pioneers in Spain and Europe in this category. Today, the winery is recognized as a leading reference for organic wine production. The vineyards are surrounded by forest and scrubland, creating a privileged environment that actively fosters local biodiversity. During vinification, chemical aids are omitted while modern technology is utilized to respect the grapes. The team combines traditional methods with natural processes to craft pure and authentic wines.
