The entire production comes from the estate's own vineyards situated in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, Briones, and Labastida. The name of the estate derives from one of the vineyard locations where they farm. The facilities feature a production hall with stainless steel tanks for separate plot vinification as well as an air-conditioned barrel room housing American and French oak barrels. The current portfolio comprises five wine types, including Olmaza Autor, which are distributed exclusively.
