About the estate
The Bodegas Cosme Palacio estate looks back on a historical connection dating back to 1822. D. Cosme Palacio took over the management of the family winery in Laguardia and introduced modern French winemaking techniques. Later, the collaboration with winemaker Michel Rolland significantly shaped the estate's wines and created a new style. Today, the winery is part of the Entrecanales Domecq e Hijos group, which is dedicated to preserving its historical legacy and sustainable wine production.
