About the estate
The Bodegas Aroa project began in 1998 with the planting of the vineyards, and the winery was inaugurated during the 2009 harvest. The winery's design reflects a philosophy of sustainability aimed at utilizing natural resources, featuring two underground floors with entirely natural climate control. The estate works with organic vineyards, applying biodynamic practices and ancestral methods. Winemaking involves small tanks, the separation of different plots, and spontaneous fermentations utilizing native yeasts. The objective is to produce minimally interventionist, organic, and natural wines while maintaining environmental equilibrium.
