About the estate
The Bodega La Geria estate was founded in the late 19th century by the Rijo family and acquired by the Melián family in 1993. Located in the wine region of Lanzarote, the winery combines traditional winemaking methods with modern technologies. The vineyards are situated in the heart of La Geria, where vines are planted in pits dug into volcanic sand and ash. The operation produces regional wines, including Malvasía, and offers guided tours and wine tastings for visitors.
The eno directory lists 9 wines, mostly from Malvasía Volcánica and Muscat.
