About the estate
The Bodega Edra estate is located in the town of Ayerbe in the pre-Pyrenees of Huesca, Spain, within the protected geographical indication of Ribera del Gállego. On well-draining clay-limestone soils, the winery cultivates densely planted vineyards featuring grape varieties such as Syrah, Merlot, Tempranillo, Garnacha, Viognier, and Parraleta. Farming is conducted with respect for nature, supported by manual vineyard management practices including pruning and defoliation. Harvesting is carried out by hand during the early morning hours. In the cellar, the team relies on gentle, low-intervention vinification and a sensory tasting method throughout the aging process.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Syrah and Viognier.
