About the estate
The Blecua winery was founded in 2000 by Viñas del Vero in Somontano and is located on a historic estate featuring a restored 19th-century manor house. The objective of the estate is to produce a single high-end wine that reflects the essence of the terroir. The grapes for this wine come from eight carefully selected plots cultivated with Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Syrah, and Merlot varieties. Following a manual harvest, the wine undergoes meticulous vinification and twenty months of aging in new French oak barrels.
The eno directory lists one wine.
