The Baztango Xurie upategia estate is located in Arizkun and is run by Ana Iriarte and Iñaki Bengoetxea. The project rests on three pillars: the vineyard, the winery, and wine tourism. Organic farming is practiced across three hectares of vineyards spread over four parcels. The estate produces a natural wine that reflects the unique character of each grape variety. Guided tours and tastings are also offered at the winery.
