About the estate

The Azienda Agricola Cavalieri estate cultivates eight hectares of vineyards in a hilly location within the Castelli Romani region between Lanuvio and Genzano di Roma. Situated at an altitude of 380 meters above sea level on volcanic soils, the vineyards benefit from an optimal exposure and sea breezes. The grape variety portfolio comprises white varieties such as Falanghina, Fiano, Grechetto, Petit Manseng, Sauvignon, Malvasia, and Trebbiano, alongside red varieties including Cesanese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Montepulciano. The winery produces organic wines that are distributed in bottles and in bag-in-box packaging.
