About the estate
The Audarya estate is located in Serdiana in Sardinia and is run by the Pala family. Founded through the joint vision of Salvatore and Nicoletta with the support of Enrico, the winery cultivates four estates in a historically rich agricultural region. The operational approach combines traditional knowledge with modern methods while placing a strong emphasis on sustainable practices to protect the environment. Among the vineyards situated between hills and sea, the estate crafts wines that reflect the Sardinian terroir. Starting from a small local production, the enterprise has evolved into an internationally recognized brand.
