About the estate
The Arzuaga estate is located in Valladolid within the Ribera del Duero region and was founded in the early 1990s by Florentino Arzuaga. The family manages the La Planta estate in Quintanilla de Onésimo as well as additional vineyards in Malagón, where wines such as Pago Florentino are produced. On infertile soils and under the influence of a harsh continental climate, the winery cultivates grape varieties including Tinto Fino or Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Chardonnay. Operations rely on careful management of limited yields to harvest healthy and concentrated grapes. The winery combines the nature-focused management of its large estate with modern oenological techniques.
