About the estate
The long-standing Arno Kruft estate is managed by the current generation, combining centuries-old knowledge with modern technology. Following a three-year transition period, the winery has been operating organically since 2023, avoiding chemical-synthetics and producing all wines and sparkling wines as vegan. In the vineyards, restrained pruning, mechanical weed control, and cover crops between the rows ensure a balanced ecosystem. The grapes undergo strict selective harvesting, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks or wooden barrels depending on the wine's character. Additionally, traditional sparkling wine matures on riddles in the estate's own sparkling wine manufacture.
