About the estate
The Altum bio vino estate is located in Ljutomer within the Podravje wine region and the Štajerska Slovenija denomination in Slovenia. The winery has been under organic control since 2012 and utilizes biodynamic preparations and compost in its vineyards. In the cellar, production proceeds without any oenological agents or interventions to preserve the quality of the grapes in the vegan wines. The grapes have been certified by Demeter since the 2021 harvest, and this certification was extended to the wines starting with the 2023 vintage.
