At an altitude of nearly 400 meters, grape varieties like Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Sangiovese thrive on limestone and sandy soils. Integrated directly into the rock formation, the cellar utilizes natural conditions for aging wines in barriques, concrete vats, and large casks. These grapes yield distinctive wines including Chianti and Supertuscan.
