About the estate
The Alegre Valgañón winery is based in Sajazarra in the La Rioja region and cultivates a vineyard area of over 15 hectares. The 17 individual parcels extend across a landscape shaped by the cliffs of Jembres and the Tirón River over a period of more than one hundred years. Winemaking is based on a deep commitment to preserving both the local landscape and its identity. Within this framework, the estate produces Rioja DOCa wines rooted in the long-standing cultivation of the terroir.
