About the estate

The Aigner winery, based in Gumpoldskirchen in the Thermenregion, looks back on a long tradition with roots dating back to 1549. Today, the family business is managed in the third generation and has developed into one of the leading wine producers and bottlers in Austria. The winery combines highly efficient, sustainable processes with professional quality selection carried out in close cooperation with winegrowers and cooperatives. Equipped with a modern cellar and an in-house laboratory, the enterprise covers the entire value chain from the grape to the bottle. Since 2019, the operation has been completely energy self-sufficient thanks to a photovoltaic system and supplies national and international retail as well as gastronomy.

The eno directory lists 11 wines, mostly from Grüner Veltliner and Zweigelt. The estate sells to retail, horeca and distributors.
