The Agriturismo Selva winery is located in Orsaria between the hills of Manzano and Premariacco in the heart of the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC region, representing nearly sixty years of family work. The vineyards are situated in Orsaria and Rosazzo, an area highly suited for the production of white wines. The estate utilizes the traditional double capovolto training method, avoids the use of herbicides, and applies integrated pest management with low environmental impact. Harvesting is done by hand in crates, and vinification takes place in modern temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
