About the estate
The Adega O Casal S.A.T. winery was founded in the year 2000 by five partners in Valdeorras, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. Viticulture takes place at an average altitude of 550 meters in the municipality of Rubiá, featuring soils composed of tertiary limestone and slate alongside a climate with notable luminosity. The vineyards are cultivated in a selective, individualized, and environmentally respectful manner. The portfolio focuses on single-varietal wines produced from the indigenous grape varieties Godello and Mencía.
