About the estate

The Accordini Stefano estate looks back on a history that began in the early twentieth century when Gaetano Accordini produced wine as a sharecropper. The winery's vineyards are situated in the highest areas of the Valpolicella Classica zone, focusing on mountain viticulture. On limestone and skeletal soils, the family primarily cultivates native grape varieties such as Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella. The mild climate and significant diurnal temperature range allow the grapes to ripen optimally while developing distinctive aromatic and coloring compounds. The portfolio includes traditional wines such as Amarone Classico, Recioto, and Valpolicella.
