About the estate

The 2Leser winery is located in Deutschkreutz in the central Burgenland region and has been run as a family tradition since 1864. Across a vineyard area of approximately seven hectares, forty percent white wines and sixty percent red wines are cultivated. The soils of the vineyard sites consist of loam, shelly limestone, and gravel, featuring the oldest vineyard, Riede Hochbaum, as the core of the estate. The diverse range of grape varieties includes Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Grüner Veltliner, which are processed into red and white wines as well as a Gemischter Satz.
