About the estate

The 1616 Pfaffmann Heinz Stiftung estate in Walsheim looks back on a history spanning over 400 years that began in the early 17th century. Today, the winery cultivates around 170 hectares of vineyards in the Palatinate region, making it one of the largest organic wine estates in Germany. The family continues this legacy in the 17th generation and converted the entire estate to organic farming in 2013. All wines are fully certified organic, vegan, and produced using nature-friendly methods.
