Le domaine Llanerch Vineyard Hotel a été fondé en 1989 par Peter et Diane, qui ont produit leur premier vin nommé Cariad pour une occasion familiale. En 1999, la production de vin a été transférée dans une autre cave afin d'élargir la distribution. La propriété comprend un vignoble de 6,5 acres qui produit chaque année entre 12 000 et 35 000 bouteilles de vin. Situé dans le Vale of Glamorgan, le domaine associe la viticulture à un hôtel, un restaurant, un centre d'accueil avec une salle de dégustation et diverses commodités de loisirs.
