Das Weingut Llanerch Vineyard Hotel wurde im Jahr 1989 von Peter und Diane gegründet, die zu diesem Anlass ihren ersten Wein namens Cariad produzierten. Im Jahr 1999 wurde die Weinproduktion für eine erweiterte Distribution in eine andere Kellerei verlegt. Das Anwesen umfasst einen 6,5 Hektar großen Weinberg, der jährlich zwischen 12.000 und 35.000 Flaschen Wein liefert. Das im Vale of Glamorgan gelegene Anwesen bietet neben dem Weinbau auch ein Hotel, ein Restaurant, ein Besucherzentrum mit Verkostungsraum sowie Übernachtungs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 12 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Seyval Blanc und Triomphe D'Alsace. Der Betrieb beliefert Gastronomie und Handel.
