Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Gentilini a été fondé en 1978 sur l'île grecque de Kefalonia après que le fondateur Spiro Kosmetatos a planté ses premières vignes. Aujourd'hui, le domaine familial s'étend sur dix hectares de vignes et se concentre sur les cépages locaux ainsi que sur la production de vins de caractère. En 2002, la génération suivante composée de la fille Marianna et de son mari Petros Markantonatos a pris la direction du domaine. Outre une gamme principale de vins, le portefeuille comprend des mises en bouteille expérimentales annuelles, les quantités étant volontairement maintenues faibles pour préserver des normes de qualité élevées.

Made from Robola grown in the oldest vineyard at 850m altitude. 50% of the must is inoculated with native Robola yeast while 20% of the total is fermented in French and American oak barrels to give additional depth and complexity.
