Le domaine Brothers Khutsishvili perpétue une tradition viticole familiale qui a débuté en 1900 dans le village de Ratevani. Aujourd'hui, les frères Guram et Giorgi gèrent deux hectares de vignes plantées de cépages tels que le Rkatsiteli et le Chinuri dans les villages de Khatisopeli et Ratevani. La production annuelle atteint 16 000 bouteilles de vins naturels élaborés selon les méthodes Qvevri, classiques et de Bolnisi. Les vins de l'appellation Bolnisi PDO reflètent la diversité régionale et sont distribués sur les marchés locaux et internationaux.
L'annuaire eno recense 15 vins, principalement issus de Saperavi et Rkatsiteli. Le domaine fournit détaillants et cHR / Horeca. Il exporte notamment vers Autriche, Allemagne, Belgique et Portugal.
